Payments and Refunds

Payment timing: All purchases must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Payment methods: All appointments are paid using our secure online booking system. Accepted methods include credit card, debit card, and third-party processors displayed at checkout.

Access: Access to paid services begins once payment is successfully processed.
Refunds
There are no refunds, returns, or transfers on any services purchased.
Rescheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. This is to respect the astrologer’s time. To reschedule, contact info@cosmicflowastrology.com.

Late Arrivals/No-Shows: If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a no-show. Your appointment will be cancelled and it will not be rescheduled. If you are running late to your appointment, please contact info@cosmicflowastrology.com as soon as you can.

Cancellations: Appointments can be cancelled at any time. However, cancellations are considered no-shows and are not eligible for refunds.
Modification and Termination:
Cosmic Flow Astrology reserves the right to change any part of the Site, and these policies at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Site and services constitutes agreement to any and all such updates.
Cosmic Flow Astrology reserves the right at any time, and from time to time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site (or any part of them) with or without notice.
